Seth is a percussionist with the very hot blues band,Sam Gunderson and Cactus Groove. The artist who did all of his ink is Kevin Paulson. The scarab on Seth's chest is shown below.
The Celtic circle below was desiged by Jason Tueller. This design was originally done by Jason on the head of a homemade drum...the first drum Seth ever played. The drum has gone to drum heaven, but Seth still has the drum head to remind him of his first percussion efforts. And, of course, he has this tattoo.
Note how Seth carries out the percussion theme in his tattoo shown below. This original drummer tattoo, designed by Kevin Paulson, incorporates a combination of flesh, skeleton, and spirit into its elements. Seth hopes to add some color but is undecided just how it will play out.

UPDATE ON SETH
Seth recently had some additional work done on his percussionist tattoo by David Jones at Red Dragon Tattoo Studio in Richmond, Virginia. Additional depth, fleshed in body....nice work, Seth.
A few months later, Seth adds more ink to his arm...
