Kim has a colorful underwater design on her ankle, shown below. Her original ink was the seahorse...alone and by itself. She recently gave the seahorse some company.
The seahorse was done by Joel Illch when he was at Rick's Tattoo in Arlington, Virginia. Joel now owns Keepsake Tattoo Studio in Arlington. The rest of the scene was added by New York tattoo artist Jon DeVries at the 1997 Starwood Festival in Sherman, New York. Kim and Jon are shown below.
